APPARATUS FOR INSPECTING CHOCK BEARING OF ROLL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting chock bearing of roll is provided to improve quality of product by diagnosing assembling state and wear of the chock bearing at all times after rolling operation, thereby preventing vibration or abnormal sound of the chock bearing in advance. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) comprises a base(4b) installed on an upper surface of dechocking machine for separating chock of roll; a table(4c) installed at one side of an upper surface of the base(4b) in such a manner that the table(4c) is ascended and descended; a guide rail(111) formed at another side of the upper surface of the base(4b); a moving plate(130) installed at the guide rail(111) of the base(4b) in such a manner that the moving plate(130) is moved to a side of the chock(5) fixed to an upper surface of the table(4c); an ascent and descent plate(140) installed on an upper part of the moving plate(130) in such a manner that the ascent and descent plate(140) is ascended and descended; a driving part(150) installed on an upper part of the ascent and descent plate(140); a rotation part(160) installed at the front side of the driving part(150) to rotate bearing(8) installed inside the chock(5); and a load sensing part installed at one side of the driving part(150) to sense load of the rotation part(160) during rotation of the rotation part(160).
