PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of charcoal tiles with sterilization, hygroscopicity, deodorization and absorptivity by mixing clay with saw dust and firing clay compacts in closed or vacuum furnace. CONSTITUTION: The charcoal tiles are manufactured by the following the steps of: mixing clay or yellow earth with 5-70wt.%(based on the clay) of saw dust(>=20mesh); adding water to make a clay dough; pressing into tiles with various shapes; firing at 200-1000deg.C for 10-120min in closed or vacuum furnace for carbonization of saw dust.
