PURPOSE: A thermal storage cooling system for regulating temperature is provided to regulate temperature in a freezer to operations of users and to reduce the weight of the freezer by removing cold storing plates in the freezer. CONSTITUTION: A thermal storage cooling system for regulating temperature, having a closed circuit of refrigerants passing through cooling devices(6,7,8) and supplying cold air in a freezer(14) is composed of a cold storing reservoir(1) filled with cold storing materials and passed through with pipes of refrigerants from the cooling device to keep a low temperature; a cold discharging part(3) being a part of the closed circuit and including a cold storing coil(11) attached to the inside of the freezer; and temperature control units(4,5,15) for controlling the flow of refrigerants flowed from the cold storing reservoir into the cold discharging part to a set temperature of users.
