Composition for making of fish, comprising one or more compounds binding durably to calcium rich structures such as fish-scales, bones, fin rays, teeth and otoliths. The compound or compounds are not poisonous, do not substantially affect the metabolism of the fish, and do not exist naturally in the fish's environment.
