METAL NANO-OBJECTS, FORMED ON SEMICONDUCTOR SURFACES, AND METHOD FOR MAKING SAID NANO-OBJECTS

Assembly of nano-objects (4), notably atomic wires, of unidimensional nano-structures and quantum dots has the nano-objects made of metal and formed on the surface (2) of a substrate of a monocrystalline semiconductor material. Independent claims are also included for: (a) a method for the fabrication of an assembly of nano-objects by preparing a surface of a monocrystalline semiconductor substrate and depositing a metal on this surface; (b) a super-network of dots obtained by this method.
