PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transportation and movement, to vary the area of a part where a display object is displayed, and to replace the display object relatively easily. SOLUTION: The standing type display device is equipped with a first display plate 11 and a second display plate 12 whose upper end is pivoted on its upper end. Further, the device is equipped with a first shaft 16 which is provided at the lower end of the first display plate 11 along the width and has a couple of first wheels 14 pivoted on both its ends, a second shaft 18 which is provided at the lower end of the second display plate 12 along the width and has a couple of second wheels 17 pivoted on both its ends, and a fixation member 21 which fixes the first and second shafts 16 and 18 at a specified interval. The first and second display plates 11 and 12 are formed while curved swelling out and a display panel 21 is fitted to the surfaces of one or both of the first and second display plates 11 and 12. The display panel 31 has an edge member 33 making it possible to grip the circumference of the display body 38 and both side parts of the first and second display plates 11 and 12 are folded to form a recessed groove.
