PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of preventing the voltage decrease of an internal voltage power supply from a DC/DC regulator. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit is provide with first power supply wiring for propagating an external power supply voltage supplied from the outside, second power supply wiring for supplying an internal power supply voltage to an internal circuit, a plurality of NMOS (n-channel metal oxide semiconductor) transistors arranged at a plurality of parts with their drain edges connected to the first power supply wiring and with their source edges connected to the second power supply wiring, and a regulator circuit for commonly supplying a reference potential to the gate of the plurality of NMOS transistors.
