PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 5-substituted-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid ester derivative and an acylamidrazone derivative which are useful intermediates for producing pharmaceuticals, and to provide their production methods. SOLUTION: A compound represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1is an optionally substituted alkyl; and R2is an optionally substituted alkyl, aralkyl, aryl or heteroaryl group) and its production method are provided.
