PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a skin lotion by which the new skin lotion exhibiting health-keeping and promoting activities on the skin well is produced. SOLUTION: The skin lotion is obtained by mixing tourmaline, a fired product of aluminum silicate, granite porphyry, titanium, radium, quartz, thorium, an ore and a bamboo charcoal for deodorization as additives with a drinkable hot spring water, stirring the mixture for about 5-10 days while keeping the temperature at about 50-70°C to allow the component of each additive to be eluted in the drinkable hot spring water and to carry out the deodorization and clarification of the water by the bamboo charcoal, and taking out only the water component by filtration.
