PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple apparatus structure of which installation cost can be suppressed and in which there is no fear of invasion of insects and microorganisms from the outside into a main tank, connecting pipes and a gas tank, as a double liquid storage tank with a style of filling an inert gas into a space part between inside/outside tanks has a complicate structure and the cost of the installation is high. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a main tank 12, a liquid feeding pipe 13 for feeding a liquid product 11 to this main tank 12, a liquid discharging pipe 14 for discharging the liquid product 11 from the main tank 12, a gas tank 15 constituted of a flexible material expanding and contracting in accordance with the inner pressure, a connecting pipe 16 for connecting this gas tank 15 with the top part of the main tank 12, a non-oxidative gas 17 filled in the top part of the main tank 12, the connecting pipe 16 and the gas tank 15.
