PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact between a hook portion 13, a tube 23, and a fin 24 at the time of inserting a heat exchanger, in an air conditioner inserting the heat exchanger 2 from an insertion port 12 of an air conditioning case 1 in a tube laminating direction, and engaging with the hook portion 13 to hold the heat exchanger 2. SOLUTION: Dimensions L2 in a heat exchanger width direction Z in a heat exchanger core portion 22 is made to be smaller than a space G in the heat exchanger width direction Z in the hook portion 13. Thereby, a clearance is made between the hook portion 13 and the heat exchanger core portion 22 when the heat exchanger 2 is inserted from the insertion port 12, so that the contact between the hook portion 13 and the heat exchanger core portion 22 is prevented. Therefore, the leakage of fluid due to tube damaging and the occurrence of heat exchanging failure due to fin damaging is also prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
