PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deviation of an original point position caused by sagging of a stopper. SOLUTION: More than two pieces of stoppers are provided. Consequently, it is possible to disperse collision force working on stoppers 5a, 5b to a plurality of the stoppers 5a, 5b at the time of colliding a link lever 160 against the stoppers 5a, 5b. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce deviation of the original point position caused by sagging of the stoppers 5a, 5b as sagging quantity of the stoppers 5a, 5b can be reduced in comparison with the time with one piece of the stopper.
