PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing device which prevents an unexpediency attributed to the static build-up of each part of a screen printing mechanism and thereby minimizes damage to a product. SOLUTION: In the screen printing device which prints a paste on a substrate by squeegeeing on a mask plate l2 with a pattern of holes l2a, an antistatic blower l7 is arranged on both sides of the mask plate l2 retained by a mask holder ll through an insulator lla and an antistatic atmosphere is formed in a space within the target antistatic range including a screen mask l2 by spraying an antistatic zone including an ion to the mask plate l2. Thus the unexpediency caused by the static build-up of the mask plate l2 is avoided by preventing static electricity generated by friction during screen printing operation from being built up in the mask plate l2.
