摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the recovery leak of a suspension while certainly supplying a cooling liquid in a liquid circulating apparatus for a drill. SOLUTION: An execution surface M is drilled by rotating a drill bit 12 in the direction shown by an arrow Y 12. At the time of drilling, cooling water is supplied to the hollow part 120 of the drill bit 12 as shown by an arrow Y121 not only to suppress the generation of heat in the drill bit 12 but also to lubricously rotate the drill bit. When drilling, a suspention in which cut refuse gets mixed is discharged from a hole M1 as shown by an arrow Y11. The suspension is recovered through the recovery pipe 111 provided to the side surface of a water recovery adsorption pad 11 and filtered to be again used as cooling water. The adhesion state to the execution surface M is held by the elastic member such as a urethane rubber 11a or the like provided to the part coming into contact with the execution surface M of a pad 11 and the recovery leak of the suspension is eliminated to certainly supply the cooling liquid to the drill bit. If cooling water is supplied by a gear pump high in discharge pressure or the like, drilling can be performed at all of positions and a drilling work time can be shortened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
