PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overflow drying type garbage disposer less liable to discharge untreated garbage and capable of finely crushing treated garbage so as to make it easy to handle. SOLUTION: The garbage disposer has a first chamber for drying garbage, a second chamber which communicates with the first chamber and in which garbage dried in the first chamber is crushed and a stocker which communicates with the second chamber by way of a discharge port.
