PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a barber and a hairdresser to smoothly carry out a haircut and a hairdressing work by forming an ease cape small-sized and releasing the periphery of the back and the side of a customer's head from a protection cover, and enable the customer to enjoy a feeling of refreshing coolness by widely opening chest part of the customer and making cool air inside the shop directly touch the body. SOLUTION: A backrest frame 1 is made fastened to a chair via a fastener 3, and an ease frame 2 is penetrated through a French seam 6-B of the ease cape 6. Then, a magnet A (1-A) is installed at the internal diameter of a beak 1-X at the tip end of the backrest frame 1, and a magnet B (2-A) is installed at the tip end of the ease frame 2. Furthermore, the magnet B (2-A) and the magnet A (1-A) are mutually attracted inside the beak, the ease frame 2 and the backrest frame 1 are integrated, and a shoulder hanging 7 and a rug 8 are attached.
