PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert the second guide pin to a proper position while correcting upward/downward dislocation and forward/backward deviation of an insertion angle of the first-inserted guide pin without requiring much skills. SOLUTION: An insertion guiding implement of a guide pin for bonesetting implants is provided with an implement head having a seat surface to engage on a side face of a bone body. The implement head is provided with: the first insertion guiding round hole of a guide pin to be positioned nearly on an extended part of a guide pin proper insertion line of a broken bone part: and a guide pin correcting insertion guiding hole parallel to the insertion guiding round hole with a small interval on both of the upper and lower sides of the first insertion guiding round hole. The correcting insertion guiding hole is formed to be in the shape of a horizontally long funnel which is expanded from a round opening at one end to the other end gradually into a state of being horizontally long forward and backward.
