PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light and inexpensive desk with shelves, in which supports are raised on both sides of the rear part of the top board of the desk, both of the supports are fixed with multiple shelves, a front panel is detachably fixed under the lowermost shelf board and between the supports to enhance the strength of the shelf, and the front panel itself has high strength. SOLUTION: The front panel 8 is made of a surface plate 23 having a width coincident with an interval between both supports 6 and a blocking plate 25 forwardly bent at the lower end of the surface plate to have a substantially L-shape from a side view, and the blocking plate is set flush with the upper surface of the top board 1 and is connected to the rear end face of the top board to be detachably fixed.
