摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducible method for detecting a nucleic acid by using a nucleic acid probe and a target nucleic acid labeled with different fluorescent pigments and accurately measuring an amount of the target nucleic acid. SOLUTION: Both of the probe nucleic acid and the target nucleic acid are labeled with the fluorescent pigments causing fluorescent resonant energy transfer, and a hybrid body is formed by reacting them. The fluorescent intensity value of a reaction system when the target nucleic acid is hybridized with the probe nucleic acid is corrected by a fluorescent intensity value of the unhybridized probe nucleic acid, a fluorescent intensity value of a simple substrate of the target nucleic acid, and a fluorescent intensity value of the target nucleic acid caused by the fluorescent resonant energy transfer.
