PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeder having not only excellent feeding function and but also a simple and miniaturized structure. SOLUTION: The feeder (1) has a bottom plate (12) and side plates (13, 13) stood on both side parts thereof. A regulating plate (15) moving in the upper and lower direction so as to slide on the side plates (13) is installed so as to be hung at the front side, and the back edge part of a partition (161) partitioning the bottom plate (12) is fixed to a supporting plate (16). The supporting plate (16) being in contact with the front side of the regulating plate (15) is constituted so as to support the regulating plate (15). The regulating plate (15) regulates the distance D of a slit of a feeding opening (152) formed between a tilted part (12a) lowered toward the front surface of the bottom plate (12), and the lower end (151) of the regulating plate (15).
