PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve simplification and speeding up of processes of installing a sound outputting apparatus at a predetermined place. SOLUTION: The sound outputting apparatus 1 comprises a first speaker 10 and a second speaker 20. The first speaker 10 has a first locking means 12a and a first terminal 11a. The second speaker 20 has a second locking means 21a for locking together with the first locking means 12a to implement an integration of the first speaker 10 and second speaker 20, and a second terminal 21b for connecting the first terminal 11a to implement an electrical connection of the first speaker 10 and second speaker 20.
