PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm mounting base to which the external output signal capable of an additional function is safely connected without spoiling its external appearance, when an alarm having the additional function which detects others as well as the leakage and incomplete combustion of a gas is mounted. SOLUTION: A fixing and power source reception part 3 which can be connected by hooking and locking a fixing and power source terminal 1 on the upper surface of the alarm B, and a terminal pin connection part 7 for detecting the leakage of the gas which can be connected to the output terminal pin 6 for a gas leakage signal on the upper surface of the alarm B are provided in the main body 2 of the base to be mounted on a ceiling. A signal connector 15 to which a signal plug 14 can be detachably connected is provided on the side of the main body 2 of the base separately from the output terminal pin 6 for the gas leakage signal in order to transmit the signal from the alarm B.
