<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and designate, while confirming visually as a simplified print image, image information required by a user from among a large quantity of image information stored in a storage means provided in an image output device, and to select and output easily and efficiently one image information required by the user from among a large quantity of image data. <P>SOLUTION: This system is characterized by having a configuration wherein, when image information generated by a host computer 117 is stored in a hard disc 109 and desired image information is selected from among a plurality of stored image information, a preview edition processing part 120 develops the selected image information to simplified print image data and preview-displays the developed simplified print image data on a display part 123. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
