<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device for further flexibly inspecting a memory, and extremely easily specifying a failure area at abnormality inspected. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card has a data memory for storing data, selectively inputs-outputs the data between a card reader and a writer by reading and/or writing the data to the data memory, and inputs-outputs the data on the basis of a command transmitted from the card reader/writer, and executes writing-reading to the data memory of a data train added to an inspection command when receiving the optional data train-added inspection command, and inspects justice of the data memory by executing collation, and outputs an inspection result to the card reader/writer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
