<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor which can accurately and easily analyze the component of a very small amount of sample. <P>SOLUTION: The biosensor for solving the above problem, includes a sample introducing path or a tubular space formed on a base, an enzyme which specifically reacts with at least the material to be analyzed, at the portion facing the sample introducing path or the tubular space, and a material which chemically changes by the reaction of the material to be analyzed with the enzyme, and is characterized in that the sectional area of the sample introducing path or the tubular space is gradually decreased toward the flowing direction of the sample. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
