<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic green sheet which can be co-fired with low melting point metals such as Ag and Cu, and has high green density and excellent workability by improving the dispersibility of inorganic powder contained in slurry, and to provide a ceramic substrate obtained by using the green sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The ceramic green sheet is formed by using slurry comprising inorganic powder containing an Si element and a B element and a resin containing an Ni element.
