<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat back for a vehicle with a side air bag which dispenses with an unzipped part on an outer skin at the time of air bag development. <P>SOLUTION: The side frame 22 of the seat back 20 is exposed to a cabin without being covered with the outer skin 31. An opening 22d is formed at the side frame 22. A side bag air module 50 is inserted in the opening 22d, and is exposed to the cabin.
