PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device by which a user can easily use map software on the basis of his/her own information and destination information with a fixed amount of charge by utilizing a general-purpose portable telephone set. SOLUTION: The user can acquire his/her own position information, etc., with a GPS (global positioning system) by using the general-purpose portable telephone (utilizing GPS) 1, an information analyzing device (that can analyze a storage medium "a chip, etc.," recorded with the user's own information, or the like on the basis of a target) 2, a personal computer telephone (communication means by a password, an ID number, etc.,) 3, an IP telephone, a car navigation system with a built-in portable telephone set connection modem, a portable information terminal device 5, a personal handyphone system PHS 6, or the like. By intercommunicating the position information, etc., through the portable telephone set, the user can confirm information, etc., on a liquid crystal display screen if targets coincide.
