PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the waterproof and dust-tightness of a rotary mounting type speaker to be mounted on the door of a car, etc. SOLUTION: The rotary mounting structure of speaker on vehicle is provided with a speaker unit 1 having a speaker housing with a claw 13 for holding a speaker body 11, and a panel 3 for removably mounting the speaker unit 1 thereon. The panel 3 has a slit 5. After inserting the claw 13 in the slit 5, the speaker housing is turned in its circumferential direction to mount the unit 1 on a vehicle body. A seal 2 is inserted between the speaker housing and the panel 3 with a rib formed on the speaker housing surface contacted with the seal 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
