PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive electronic apparatus and a record reproducer which work with a reduced noise, and a hold member for realizing the electronic apparatus and the reproducer. SOLUTION: At cabinet joints 121a, 121b, a cabinet 10 tightly presses a rib 1211 having a semispherical projection provided around an opening 1212. The rib 1211 is made of an elastically deformable material or has an elastically deformable structure. A damper 122 is provided between a microphone holder 123 and the cabinet joints 121a, 121b, and structured in a bellows shape 1221 for damping vibrations and shocks. The damper 122 is formed thinner than other structures to thereby relax vibrations and shocks transferred to a microphone 11 held with the holder 123. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
