<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable blinder for concealing the interior so that the interior is not seen from the outside, and for letting daylight come into the interior during daytime when a blinding property for concealing the interior from the outside is not much required. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of fixed vertical bars 6 and a plurality of movable vertical bars 7 are disposed inside a frame body 5. The fixed vertical bars 6 are arranged in rows at predetermined intervals and the movable vertical bars 7 are made to be movable in a direction of the rows of the fixed vertical bars 6.
