PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide practical equipment in earthquake prediction by using data from satellites, data from buoys on the ocean or data of a tide level and improving further precision of the earthquake prediction, and realize safety confirmation equipment which is needed in the case of catastrophe, together with GPS location information. SOLUTION: Information as omen of an earthquake is collected and processed, and the result is displayed on a map. The safety confirmation equipment in the case of a catastrophe is used for confirmation of safety by periodically or by event collecting location information of a GPS portable terminal.
