PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dummy battery in which a plug for external power supply is not protruded from a battery body structure to be used in place of a battery of miniaturized equipment and from the miniaturized equipment to which the battery body structure is applied. SOLUTION: The dummy battery A provided with a battery body structure 1 in the approximately same form as a battery 2 to be mounted, freely removably mounting a plug 8 of a cable 7 for supplying power from the outside and available in place of the battery 2, the battery body structure 1 is equipped with a mounting recess 9 wherein the plug 8 is mounted and housed.
