PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device having a fixing device which prevents foreign matters such as toner from shifting (being restuck) to a pressure roller or heating roller and does not therefore cause image soiling even if an auxiliary heating roller is used. SOLUTION: The image recording device has the fixing device which is provided with a heating rotating body, a pressure rotating body, and an auxiliary heating rotating body internally disposed with a heat source coming into contact with the surface of the heating rotating body or the pressure rotating body and fixes a recording material carrying a toner image by heating and pressurized contacting. A scraping member is disposed at the device in such a manner that the front end of the scraping member is abutted on the surface of the auxiliary heating rotating body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
