PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box with a resource saving type pillow with improved versatility in which trouble on design of packaging and futility on materials used are eliminated, the pillow can be simply fixed, and when it is discarded after use, it can be simply removed from a body box and dismantled, and in addition, the pillow which is conventionally a single article is divided into small pieces, and each divided individual pillow is individually usable. SOLUTION: The packaging box consists of a cover box consisting of a lid and a body, and one or a plurality of lid pillows which is thinner than the depth of the lid and can be fitted by being brought into contact with the inner wall face of the lid. The lid is a box body assembled in such a way that four side faces are double walls consisting of an outer wall and an inner wall, and cut sections for fixing the lid pillow are formed on the lower part of a pair of the inner wall faces facing to each other. The lid pillow consists of a square cylinder body, and tongue pieces extending from at least one face of the cylinder body are provided, and when the end face of the lid pillow is assembled so as to be brought into contact with the inner wall face of the lid, the tongue pieces enter into the cut parts for fixing provided on the inner wall face of the lid to hold the lid pillow at a definite position in the lid.
