PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient strength at the time of usual traveling and to absorb an impact by being easily destroyed at the time of collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A groove 58 is provided on a peripheral edge of a surface 56 receiving the impact when it collides to radios 48 at the time of collision of the vehicle. A projection 62 is provided, on the surface 56, at a position where it is presumed to collide to the radios 48. At the time of collision of the vehicle, a back surface 48a of the radios 48 firstly collides to the projection 62. Stress concentration is generated making the projection 62 as a center and a crack 70 is generated at a position near the projection 62 of the groove 58.
