摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for battery controlling parts free from an energy transfer to the battery in the event of a collision. SOLUTION: Subsubstrate 22b for fixing an electronic control unit (ECU) 18 is inclined toward a floor panel 28 so that the topmost point d on the lower surface of the subsubstrate 22b becomes higher than the shortest point e closest to the subsubstrate 22b in the locker panel 42. When the locker panel 42 is collided with an ECU board 36 caused by a collision with a vehicle from the direction indicated by an arrow E, the panel 42 collides with the lower surface of the ECU board 36, that is, the lower surface of the subsubstrate 22b, and the collision with the locker panel 42 causes the ECU board 36 to rotate resulting in at least a portion of energy generated from the collision being consumed in the direction component of a battery pack 12 (cell-stacked battery in a holder) as energy to rotate the ECB board 36.
