PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unloading device of a truck capable of ejecting bulk cargo to be loaded on a cargo bed by repeating engagement/disengagement by arranging latch teeth along an upper part of the cargo bed with which cargo on board does not contact and providing a latch claw capable of intermittently demonstrating an engagement function on an upper part of a pushing plate. SOLUTION: In a transport vehicle equipped with a pushing plate 4 for unloading to move towards a cargo bed rear end part from the cabin side on the cargo bed, latch teeth 12 are arranged with required pitches on upper parts of both cargo bed side plates 2a along roughly the overall length of the cargo bed, the latch claw 15 to be engaged with each of latch teeth 12 is synchronously provided free to be engaged and disengaged on both side upper end parts (shoulder part 4a) to be arranged free to move inside of the cargo bed, and it is possible to retreat the pushing plate 4 when the latch claw 15 is reversed.
