PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic blackboard capable of easily reproducing written content even if the content written of the electronic blackboard is erased. SOLUTION: A character or a figure is written on the entry surface 1 being the writing area in the electronic blackboard and the written content on the entry surface 1 is taken in by scanning the written content by a scanner part 2 being a reader utilizing CCD. The written content is plottend on the entry surface 1 by the recording pen of a plotter part 3 not only to be stored in a memory medium 4 as dot data by color but also to be printed out by a printing part 5. Further, a CPU part 6 controls the data processing convertion for converting the dot data by color of the written content to segment data and the control of all of the scanner part 2, the plotter part 3, the memory medium 4 and the printing part 5.
