A method for constructing concrete building units (100) comprises forming and pouring a concrete floor (102) on a floor platform (12), providing interior wall forms (22) on said concrete floor (102), providing door frames (66), conduit and piping on said interior wall forms (22), providing a ceiling form; transporting said floor platform (12) and floor (102) intermediate spaced exterior wall forms (30), and pouring a concrete mixture in the wall opening intermediate the interior wall forms (22) and the exterior wall forms (30). A free-flowing concrete mixture for use in relation to the method comprises a combination of cement, sand, water, polystyrene beads, wire fibers and a conditioning concrete additive. |
