The cylinder (3) includes a device for setting its diameter, by which jacket elements (6, 7) are moved apart or together, and each with an outer surface (A) with radius of curvature (R) half that of the cylinder. The setting element is connected to them by wedges (16, 17), and can rotate about the central axis of the cylinder.
