<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire clamp capable of clamping an electric wire without damaging its outside surface. <P>SOLUTION: This electric wire clamp 1 is provided with a pair of clamp members 10a and 10b capable of being connected to and disconnected from each other and catching an electric wire 2 between them. The clamp members 6a and 6b are equipped with a pair of guide parts 10a and 10b and elastic bodies 11. The guide parts 10a and 10b are equipped with inclined faces 12 and 13 and each formed into a V-shaped form.
