PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce or eliminate interference caused between sectors using the same frequency resulting from using a fixed frequency in an entire distribution network. SOLUTION: The transmission system uses a reference subcarrier for synchronizing local oscillators 104. The reference subcarrier is set to various positions of bands assigned to operating subject.
