PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board which is used for a hinge and has excellent waterproof against external water, and to provide an order input device which is greatly improved in waterproof and durability of the hinge by employing the flexible printed wiring board. SOLUTION: The flexible wiring board which has a waterproof coating part covering the surface of a sealing protection film is constituted by using a polypropylene-based member and a rubber-based member which have superior flexibility and can expand and shrink.
