PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive provided with a static electricity eliminating function for an optical disk. SOLUTION: The optical disk drive includes a case, a tray that comes in and out of the case on which an optical disk is mounted and a grounding member which is electrically connected to the case and makes contact with one side of the disk in ejecting and inserting operations of the tray. Thus, when a loading the tray, static electricity remaining on an optical disk is eliminated through the prescribed grounding member, foreign objects such as dust or the like adhering onto the disk is prevented and a stable and accurate process of optical signals are guaranteed.
