PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly hold the prescribed position in the edge part of the material to be surface-treated. SOLUTION: A base frame 10 provided with an electrode 11 and an operation lever 12 are connected so as to freely be swung. A pawl 14 is fitted to the base frame 10 toward the holding face 11a of the electrode 11 so as to freely be moved. The pawl 14 and the operation lever 12 are connected so that the pawl 14 linearly moves by the swinging of the operation lever 12. Thus, in holding the material A to be surface-treated, the working of the force in a direction opposite to the inserting direction is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
