PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful bottle container with a label which is provided with a sufficient adhesive strength for preventing a label on the bottle container from coming off in filling, transporting or using, which has a sufficient waterproof characteristic for practical use and yet the label is easily removed from it by hand after use, on which no paste is left, and which is smoothly recycled being made of the synthetic resin bottle container such as PET bottle and being superior in alkali process aptitude. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin container is provided with at least a heat sensitive adhesive layer, and is wrapped with a label made of a synthetic resin film uniaxially or biaxially stretched. At least a label winding part is treated to form a rough surface in one or more types comprising either a blast treated face, a board treated face or a corona discharge treated face.
