PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin laminate shielding an electromagnetic wave trouble in a communication machinery or the like, having fire retardancy and excellent heat-resistant ageing characteristics. SOLUTION: The resin laminate comprises a combination of a resin layer (A) with a thickness of 50μm having fire retardancy and heat-resistant ageing characteristics and a resin layer (B) having electromagnetic wave absorbability. It is preferable to provide a resin layer (C) for relaxing stress between the resin layer (A) and the resin layer (B). These resin layers can be also repeatedly laminated. The thicknesses of the respective layers are set so that the resin layer (A) is 50-50μm, the resin layer (B) is 20-200μm and the resin layer (C) is 5-50μm and the resin laminate comprising the resin layers (A), (B) and (C) respectively having these thicknesses is especially preferable as a film like resin laminate. As the manufacturing method for this resin laminate, there are a method for coating the resin layer (A) with a thickness of 50μm or below having fire retardancy and heat-resistant ageing characteristics with an organic solvent solution having the composition of the resin layer (B) and heating and drying the coated resin layer (A), and a method for forming all of the layers from the organic solvent solution.
