PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal sheet on which a heat-resistant resin coating film 6 unchanged in a glossiness and a color tone is formed even if exposed to an atmosphere at about 200°C. SOLUTION: In the coated metal sheet, a heat-resistant resin film, which contains at least one resin among a polyester resin, epoxy resin, epoxy modified polyester resin, acrylic resin and acrylic silicone resin as a main constituent and a resin particulates and a pigment dispersed therein, is formed on the surface of a substrate metal sheet. The glass transition temperature Tg of the heat-resistant resin coating film is not less than 50°C and the total compounding ratio of the pigment is not more than 30 mass % and the compounding ratio of a dark color pigment is controlled to 20 mass % or less so that a luminosity (L-value) becomes 30 or less. As the dark color pigment, a carbon black, graphite, black iron, anilline black, cyanine blue, fast sky blue, cyanine green with a particle size of 0.01 to 3μm or a black, brown, blue or green composite oxide pigment and the like are used.
