PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost sleeping protector against large earthquake which is simply formed of a space to protect a sleeper against an earthquake during sleeping by equipping a triangle tent shape frame made of light metallic pipes to strongly prevent the sleeper from danger of being caught under a falling ceiling, beam, and chest, and can be folded for storage to enable a user to use the protector in a small space. SOLUTION: Two frame bodies with beams are put together and erected on a floor to make upper sides mutually joined to make a joint part. A connecting piece is equipped on a pipe shape movable connecting body covering almost over the connecting part to make the two frame bodies joined, movable, openable, and closable. The lower sides of the frame bodies are separated to make an open part by equipping an opening control body whose length is adjusted to the distance between the lower sides of the frame bodies.
